I’m an anthropologist & author. My current projects include community focused, compassionate, arts-based research. I design research for practical change.

Storytelling is my passion. What is the point of research if it doesn’t make a difference? In my own research and storytelling I have published over 50 essays, articles, chapters, and books. I love collaborations and offer trainings on how to tell your stories in multiple forms.

With two plus decades of experience, my business consults for non-profit and industry clients conducting human-centered inquiry and implementation.
